Ampem Darkoa Ladies suffered their first defeat of the 2022/23 Malta Guinness Women's Premier League season over the weekend after succumbing to a 2-1 defeat against Fabulous Ladies in the Northern Zone.
Princess Owusu was among the goalscorers for Fabulous Ladies while Mary Amponsah got the only goal of the game for Ampem Darkoa.
Northern Ladies and Ash-Town Ladies played out a goalless draw game while Prisons Ladies earned a 2-0 victory over Supreme Ladies.
Candy Soccer Academy lost at home to Pearlpia Ladies on Sunday.
The game between Dreamz Ladies and Tamale Super Ladies is scheduled for Tuesday, November 1.
Hasaacas Ladies' dominance in the Southern Zone also continued over the weekend as they beat Thunder Queens at the Presec Park on Saturday. Doreen Copson scored the only goal of the game.
Ridge City's struggles continued over the weekend as they suffered their second defeat of the season against Army Ladies.
Soccer Intellectuals' first win of the campaign came against Police Ladies away from home while Essiam Socrates Ladies held LadyStrikers in a derby game at the Mankessim stro Turf.
Faith Ladies were 2-0 winners over Berry Ladies at the Madina Astro Turf on Sunday with Mercy Tagoe's side encountry their first loss.
