Zenith Bank Ghana Limited has rewarded customers who participated in its More4More Promo which was organised in the months of December 2022 and January 2023.
The promotion aimed at rewarding customers who use their Zenith Mastercard Debit Cards either online or on any point-of-sale Terminal.
The presentation ceremony which was organised at its Head Office had in attendance officials of the Bank as well as from the National Lotteries Authority who regulated the promotion under its Caritas Platform.
The Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, Henry Onwuzurigbo in his remarks mentioned that the bank is committed to ensuring that its customers were provided with the best digital banking solutions for easy banking.
He stated that the Zenith Mastercard Debit Card is one of the most robust payment cards in the Ghanaian and Global card payment market and said the card is issued instantly, it is fully activated and ready to use anywhere around the world.
On why the promotion was organised, Mr. Onwuzurigbo said that “as a customer-focused bank, we organised this promo, duly regulated by the National Lotteries Authority under the Caritas Platform, as part of our retail banking strategy to drive government’s agenda of financial inclusion by encouraging uptake and usage of bank cards and more specifically to deepen the awareness of Mastercard”.
He said Zenith Bank has pioneered the development of digital solutions in the Ghanaian market with tried and trusted products that are constantly being enhanced to meet the dynamic needs of our customers over the past seventeen years. This has ensured that we provide a “365-day 24/7” excellent customer experience to our customers.”
To be eligible to win prizes in the Zenith More4More Promotion, customers were expected to spend a minimum of ¢1,000 either online or on any point-of-sale terminal to win monthly prizes. 10 winners were chosen each month and these customers won fuel coupons, shopping vouchers and branded souvenirs from the Bank.
Three customers emerged winners at the end of the promotion with the 3rd prize winner taking home ¢10,000, the 2nd Prize Winner, ¢15,000 and the 1st Prize winner, ¢20,000. All three ultimate winners were also presented with branded souvenirs from the Bank.
The MD/CEO of the Bank congratulated all customers who emerged winners in this promotion which was aimed at increasing the usage of Zenith Mastercard Debit Cards.
He further encouraged customers to keep using the Bank’s products and services and spread the good news to others so that they too can join the Zenith Family.
