Zenith Bank Ghana ushered in the festive season with a much-anticipated 2025 Christmas Light-Up Ceremony and Carols Night.
The annual celebration, held at Zenith Heights, the bank’s headquarters at No. 37 Independence Avenue, Ridge, brought together employees from across branches, senior executives, and key stakeholders for an evening of festive cheer.
The programme, which took place on Friday, 12th December, opened with melodious Christmas hymns and songs performed by the bank’s talented choir, creating a joyful and welcoming atmosphere.
Through scripture readings, engaging drama, and musical presentations depicting the birth of Jesus Christ, the performances resonated deeply with attendees, fostering a spirit of togetherness as staff joined in song, enhancing the sense of unity and celebration.

The bank’s façade and exterior walls were transformed into a spectacular display of festive lights, culminating in the official switch-on by the Managing Director following a countdown from 20, signalling the start of the Christmas season.
Addressing attendees, Zenith Bank’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Henry Onwuzurigbo, remarked that the Light-Up Ceremony and Carols Night serve as a meaningful symbol of the institution’s shared journey and unity. He emphasised that the illumination reflects the strength and resilience of the Zenith brand, particularly in challenging times.

“As we light up Zenith Heights and the Airport enclave tonight, these lights stand as a symbol of our shared purpose, unity, and the perseverance we continue to demonstrate even in difficult times,” he said.
The festive display extended across the bank’s headquarters and the Airport enclave, sustaining a cherished tradition that continues to distinguish Zenith Bank in Ghana’s corporate calendar.
