Ghanaian midfielder Michael Baidoo scored his second goal of the 2023 Swedish topflight season as IF Elfborg moved to the top of the league table.
Baidoo was directly involved in all two games on the day as his side defeated IK Sirius 2-0 on Sunday to reclaim the top position.
The 24-year-old returned to an advanced role in Sunday's fixture having been deployed in a double pivot in midfield in the last few games.
He set up Sveinn Aron Gudjohnsen in the 37th minute of the game to give Elfborg the lead before going on to score three minutes later to double the score.
With his goal and assist against Sirius, Baidoo now has six goal involvements this season in the Swedish league and will be looking to play a key role in the latter stages of the season with his side chasing the league title.
