Parliament discussed the 2024 Budget with a focus on the controversial Goods Restriction Legislative Instrument (LI).
The Minority have vowed to oppose the passage of the 2024 budget describing it as inimical to the growth and development of the country’s economy.
Speaker of Parliament has ruled the budget has not been approved and has directed that a decision be taken next week.
