Young Ghanaian music sensation, Abel Amoako Brew, who trades in musical circles with the alias Amoako Belo, says he is motivated to make this year 2024, a career igniting one for himself and his fans.
He has thus released a 4-tracked EP titled Kilimanjaro EP to start off what he envisages would be a year of reaching greater musical heights.
Amoako Belo hails from Cape Coast in the Central Region, known for its rich history in the growth of indigenous Ghanaian music genres, including highlife, acclaimed, arguably, as the authentic Ghanaian sound.
Amoako Belo is a student of the Takoradi Technical University who infuses the authenticity of the Ghanaian sound and the growing trends of modern music.
He, therefore, identifies as an afrobeats musician. His dynamism and promising talent is evident in singles like Run, Bless Me and Soso Enjoyment.
The Kilimanjaro EP embodies a concept that likens Amoako’s musical aspirations to the greatness of the Kilimanjaro Mountain.
The EP has four tracks namely; Odo, My Jolie, Coming, and leading themed single Kilimanjaro. The four track single enjoyed production inputs from seasoned producers Alhaji Swit and PP Black .
Award-winning engineer, Dr. Raybeat complimented the excellence in production by mixing and mastering the entire EP.
For a young act like Amoako Belo, music has been a getaway from the daily challenges of the Ghanaian youth. In that regard, he intentionally engages in endeavours that depict his melodic and lyrical prowess and endears him to new markets everyday and motivates him for the greatness ahead.
