Flagbearer for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) John Mahama has taken the Building Ghana Tour to the Volta Region.
Over two days, the flagbearer is expected to engage stakeholders in seven constituencies, addressing public challenges and gathering input for the party's manifesto in the next election.
Upon entering Sogakpe on Thursday, the flagbearer was mobbed by party supporters.

Mr Mahama called on the residents to come along as the party explores their problems to better-tailor its developmental agenda going into the December 7 general election.
“We're going to write our manifesto, and so we want to know what your problems are, so that we can put it in our manifesto, so that when NDC wins in 2025 we will know what to do for you,” he said.
At a stakeholder engagement in Sogakope, Minority Chief Whip in Parliament, Kwame Agbodza Governs has threatened persons with intentions to rig the next election to refrain from it.
He refused to emphatically mention the action to be taken against such individuals but wanted them to prepare a will before embarking on the assignment.
