Former Ghana captain, Asamoah Gyan, has urged Ibrahim Danlad to go back to basics after leaving Asante Kotoko following an eight-year spell.
Gyan believes the 21-year-old can replicate everything that made him successful and earned him various national team call-ups, including a spot in the Black Stars squad for the 2022 World Cup.
Danlad joined Kotoko as a teenager and had to work his way up to become the first-choice keeper and later captain before his departure.
Sharing a word of advice with Danlad, Gyan told Wontumi Radio, "It's clear to everyone that your form declined since your returned from the World Cup.
“Remember all the things that helped you to be successful in your loans and became a number one at Asante Kotoko.
“You are still young, you can do more than what you did over the years. The sky is your limit.”
