Premier League newcomers Leicester City have reportedly reached an agreement with Crystal Palace for the services of Jordan Ayew.
The deal is subjected to the Ghanaian forward completing his medical and putting pen to paper on his contract with the Foxes.
The imminent move to the King Power Stadium will see an end to a long spell at the Selhurst Park for Ayew who has been key to the club since his arrival.
The forward first joined the Eagles on loan in August 2018 before making the move permanent in July 2019.
Ayew scored 23 goals and provided 21 assists during his time with Palace across all competitions.
A move to Leicester will see Ayew play alongside national teammate Abdul Fatawu Issahaku.
