Emigoh Ghana Limited, producers of Yomi Yoghurt, have vowed to chalk as many successes available at this year's JoySports Invitational Tournament.
Emigoh Ghana are looking to make a podium finish this year as the tournament makes a return after a four-year absence.
The event which is widely regarded as the largest corporate sports competition in Ghana, was officially launched on September 24 and will take place on Saturday, October 26, at the University of Ghana, Legon.
Speaking at the launch, the Chief Executive Officer of Emigoh Ghana, Stephan Eku, said, “We [Emigoh Ghana] have won in football and the penalty shootout before, and as you know, we believe in health and fitness."
"So, whenever there's anything sports-related, we’re involved. Wherever you organize these events, we’ll be there because we believe in your [JoySports Invitational] vision.”
Participants will compete in over 15 sports disciplines, including football, CEOs and Ladies' penalty shootouts, women’s 50m dash, men’s 100m, tug of war, sack race, swimming, 5km race walk, masters race, and table tennis.
This year's edition promises to be the most exciting one with increased competition and entertainment.m
