Ronor Motors Ghana Ltd has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ROX 01 in Shanghai, securing exclusive rights to distribute ROX 01 vehicles in Ghana and across West Africa.
The ROX 01 is a cutting-edge, mid-to-large-sized SUV with rugged off-road styling. As an extended-range electric vehicle (EREV), it combines electric and fuel-powered capabilities, offering an impressive range of over 1,000 kilometers on a full charge and a 60-liter fuel tank. The vehicle can also travel up to 230 kilometers on electricity alone. Designed for both comfort and utility, it features a spacious 2-2-3 seating layout, accommodating up to seven passengers.

Ronor Motors, a proudly Ghanaian company, has established itself as a key player in the country’s automotive industry, earning a strong reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. With its state-of-the-art showroom and service center set to open soon on Spintex Road, Ronor Motors is poised to offer even more customer-centric products and services.
The agreement was formalized at ROX’s corporate headquarters in Shanghai, China. Representing Ronor Motors were CEO Atta Frimpong Addo and Managing Director James Tachie-Menson, while David Wu and Nichol Lee signed on behalf of ROX.

The partnership marks a significant step forward in Ghana’s evolving automotive landscape, bringing cutting-edge hybrid technology to West African consumers.
