Top companies and individuals recognised at 8th Ghana-West Africa Healthcare Excellence Awards
Accra, Ghana – The 8th Ghana-West Africa Healthcare Excellence Awards took center stage on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at the Marriott Hotel in Accra, celebrating individuals and organizations setting exceptional standards in the healthcare sector.
Under the theme, "Recognizing Standards and Excellent Stewardship in the Health Industry," the event recognized healthcare institutions, professionals, and policymakers committed to improving medical care in Ghana and across West Africa.

The Keynote Speaker, Hon. Prof. Titus Beyuo, Member of Parliament for Lambussie, emphasized the need for continued investment, innovation, and ethical leadership in healthcare. He commended awardees for their unwavering dedication, stressing that quality healthcare is the foundation of national development.

Guest Speaker, Mrs. Sandra Ayivor, Head of Accreditation Maintenance, QMSD, FDA, highlighted the importance of regulatory compliance, accreditation, and standardization in delivering safe and effective healthcare services. She encouraged professionals to prioritize quality and patient-centered care, ensuring the sector meets global standards.

The event honored outstanding institutions and individuals in various categories, including medical innovation, patient care, hospital administration, pharmaceuticals, and public health contributions. The winners expressed gratitude for the recognition and pledged to continue their commitment to excellence.
The Ghana-West Africa Healthcare Excellence Awards have become a premier platform for recognizing and promoting high standards in healthcare delivery, encouraging stakeholders to strive for continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainability in the industry.
