The Ghana Health Service (GHS) has announced a major reshuffle of its senior personnel, reassigning several Programme Managers and Deputy Directors nationwide.
The reassignments, which took effect from May 19, 2025, were communicated in a notice signed by the acting Director-General, Prof Samuel Kaba Akoriyea.
According to the notice, the reshuffle decision forms part of ongoing efforts to strengthen leadership and service delivery within the health system.
“You are therefore requested to supervise the proper handing over and release the Managers and Deputy Directors concerned to their new stations by the given date and communicate dates of assumption of duty to this office,” it added.
Find below the full list of the reshuffle involving 13 senior officials, including regional directors, programme managers, and medical superintendents.
