Melcom Limited, a leading retail chain, has announced a new partnership with Hollard Insurance to provide customers with one-year free insurance coverage on Samsung products purchased at Melcom stores nationwide.
The offer applies to Samsung products valued above GH¢2,000, including televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, mobile phones, sound systems, and microwaves.
The insurance covers theft, fire, electrical surges, screen damage, and other unforeseen incidents.

“This initiative reflects our commitment to providing exceptional value and peace of mind to everyone who shops with us.”

The insurance is valid for one year from the date of purchase and covers labour, replacement parts, and repair or replacement of damaged or stolen products.
Accessories are not covered under this policy. Customers can activate their coverage by dialling 899257# on their mobile phones.
