Thousands of eager Ghanaian youth on Wednesday flooded the El-Wak Sports Stadium in Accra for the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) recruitment exercise.
The massive turnout created heavy traffic congestion around the area, with many applicants stranded outside the venue after officials announced that the facility had reached full capacity.

Security personnel were seen managing the crowd and directing stranded applicants to maintain order as the screening process continued inside.
This is not the first time a GAF recruitment exercise has attracted such overwhelming numbers, reflecting the growing demand for jobs among Ghana’s youth.
