Organisers of AfroFuture Ghana have unveiled the second wave of confirmed artists for the 2025 edition of the festival, with Nigerian Afrobeats star Rema headlining the expanded lineup.
The two-day festival returns to El-Wak Stadium on December 28–29, promising a rich blend of music, culture, art and community.

Joining Rema is Ghanaian pop sensation KiDi, whose mix of highlife and Afropop has earned him acclaim across Africa.

The extended lineup also includes an array of international DJs such as Skyla Tylaa, DJ L.A.J, DJ RBnice, Flygerian, DJ Mohogany, Afrolektra, TMSKDJ, and DJ Oreo.
On the mic will be celebrated hosts MC Lola, Kojo Manuel, Princess AJ, and Michael Nichols, bringing added energy and global flavour to the festival.
This new wave builds on a previously announced roster featuring Asake, Moliy, King Paluta, TxC and more. Together the lineup positions AfroFuture 2025 as one of the most anticipated cultural festivals of the year.
Beyond the main performances, AfroFuture will deliver a broader cultural experience.
Highlights include creative installations, an AfroFuture Art Gallery showcasing works from diaspora and African artists, a Fashion Night Out spotlighting 15+ designers, and immersive brand activations such as the Martell VIP experience and a Vendor Village with 35 food, art and fashion vendors from across the diaspora.
The festival will also host community-focused events such as the AfroFuture Foundation x Black Health Connect community fair, a wellness series, masterclasses under The Future Makers series, film screenings and book talks.
Attendees can expect a deep dive into African creativity, heritage and modern expression.
According to Culture Management Group, AfroFuture Ghana 2025 aims to celebrate African nostalgia while pushing forward the continent’s creative evolution.
With its mix of global stars, local talent and cultural programming, the festival seeks to honour the memories that unite communities even as it charts a bold direction for African artistic influence worldwide.
