The Chief Executive of Kludjeson International, Prince Kofi Kludjeson, has been found guilty of contempt.
He has been asked to post a GH¢20,000 bond that guarantees his good behaviour for a period of six months or serve a 21-day jail sentence in default.
This follows a ruling on Friday on an application of contempt of court brought against him by Kasapa.
The management of Kasapa is accusing him of fronting as a director of the telecommunications company, when a much earlier ruling had banned him from carrying himself as director.
The company also accused him of masterminding two recent invasions of its premises by officials of Westec Security and a group of thugs.
Managing Director of Kasapa, Bob Palitz, described the decision by the court as victory for justice in an interview with Joy Business Editor Fred Avornu.
