Real Madrid's sale of Iker Casillas to Porto will be announced on Saturday, according to Marca.
The Spanish newspaper calls it, "El dia del adios" - "The day of the Goodbye" - and claims that Real Madrid's club captain will officially move to Porto. Similar reports have appeared during the week, but a disagreement over who will foot the player's tax bill apparently held things up.
According to Onda Cero, the goalkeeper and Madrid have finally found common ground on a settlement regarding the remainder of his two-year, €15.5m salary with the Portuguese giants.
The disagreement is believed to have centred on taxation, with Casillas demanding Los Blancos to foot the rest of the bill in gross, rather than net, with Porto contributing €10m. Consequently, the 34-year-old will no longer depart for Australia with the rest of his Madrid teammates on Sunday and instead bid farewell to them at an imminent press conference.
Casillas joined Real Madrid as a child and is one of the most decorated players in the club's history, winning five La Liga titles, two Copa del Reys and three Champions Leagues.
The 34-year-old has made 725 appearances for Madrid since 1999 but a notable dip in form - first spotted by Jose Mourinho when he dropped his keeper in the 2012-13 season - has made him expendable at the Bernabeu.
