The Human Rights Court in Accra has freed five soldiers arrested on the 13 and 14th November for their alleged involvement in the murder of Rokko Frempong, former Deputy Managing Director of the Ghana Commercial Bank.
The suspects were arrested by the military police and handed over to the BNI pending their prosecution.
But their wives went to court demanding their release on the grounds they were unlawfully kept.
