An Accra Fast Track High Court has adjourned the case between the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) and the Ghana Olympic Committee (GOC) to March 19.
The presiding judge, Justice Asiedu, adjourned the case after the SFO failed to provide adequate evidence to support their argument for a freeze on the accounts of the GOC.
The SFO is also required to offer evidence that government funds the GOC.
