The newly appointed Chief Executive of the Public Procurement Authority says he hopes to use his experience to address some of the procurement challenges in the public sector.Sallas Mensah, the current boss of the Revenue Agencies Governing Board, has been appointed by the President as successor to the former Chief Executive of the NPA, Agyenim Boateng Adjei who resigned early on this month.“Poor procurement performances affect millions of lives, in particular the very poorest in our society.
