Government plans to undertake a major expansion and redevelopment project to position the Takoradi Port to provide oil and gas-related services.Transport Minister, Mike Hammah, announced this at a forum to discuss the strategic implementation of the proposed expansion plan for the port of Takoradi.The first phase of the expansion works is expected to be completed by 2012.Kwaku Owusu Peprah has more in the attached audio.
