Organisers of the annual Ghana Music Awards, Charter House at a ceremony at the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) headquarters in Accra on Tuesday presented prizes to the various winners at the 2010 edition of the awards.
The event was attended by a cross section of artistes, MUSIGA executives and officials of Charter House. MUSIGA was represented by its president Diana Hopeson and secretary, Bibi Brew while Charter House's team included CEO, Mrs Theresa Ayoade.
Award winners who were on hand to pick thier prizes were:
- MUSIGA Merit Award - Obenfour Nana Yeboah
- Instrumentalist of the Year - Kwame Yeboah
- Gospel Song of the Year – DSP Kofi Sarpong
- Traditional artist of the year - John Osei Korankye
- High Life Artiste of the Year – Kofi B
- Afro-Pop Song of the Year – 4x4
- Artiste of the Year – Sarkodie
- Producer of the Year – Richie
- Best Collaboration of the Year - Kasiebo - Obrafour & Guru
