The cases range from multiple and unlawful sale of land. The registrar of the court, Mr George Anafo, made this known to the Ghana News Agency at Zebilla. He called on real estate developers and land owners to safeguard their property by documenting their lands with the Lands Valuation Board and the Lands Commission.
