The body of the man who drowned in last Sunday's Afram River ferry disaster has been found.
The man whose name was only given as Badu is believed to be in his 40s and was a tractor operator.
His body washed ashore Monday afternoon after a search team constituted by the Afram Plains North District Assembly tried in vain to retrieve it from the river, Joy News correspondent Kofi Siaw reports.

The ferry was carting goods and a Man Diesel vehicle from Atoaboma to Bridgeano, both in the Eastern Region when it sank on Sunday.
It is believed that the weight of the vehicle and goods were heavier than the ferry, causing it to sink.
District Chief Executive of the area, Windham Afram confirmed the death of one person. Ten other commuters were injured in the accident.
The body of Badu brings to two the number of people confirmed dead in the disaster.
