Executive committee of the Ghana Football Association believes complacency and uncertainties in the Ashantigold camp is the cause of the Miners poor start to the defence of the Ghana Premier League.
The champions have won only one game in seven matches and have lost back to back games much to the fury of the fans.
For Palmer, there are several issues contributing to this.
“It is cup winning glory and complacency. Their performance has been abysmal since the season started and their form has been dipping,” he told Asempa Sports.
“It has dawned on them now that their form is dipping.”
“For all you know, financially they may not be sound, there are certain outstanding issues coming and these uncertainties could lead to shambolic performances.”
“So don’t be surprised if the issues are bigger than what we see but it will be proper that they act now.”
Palmer doubles as the vice chairman of the Black Stars management committee.
