SC Johnson, producers of RAID multi-purpose insect killer, has presented prizes to hundreds of winners in its RAID-2-for-More-Promotion which was held in Accra in October.Benjamin Kofi Ofosu, a resident of Accra was presented with a Hyundai i20 saloon car as the first prize on Friday. Samuel Anokye of Mamponteng in Kumasi and Elizabeth Nimako of Accra, the second and third prize winners were respectively presented with an Accra-New York-Accra air ticket and an LG Home Theatre as their prizes.Two mini draws were also held in August and September 2010 where five lucky winners won GHC 1,000 in each of the draws. Other winners were also given the company’s souvenirs and products in prizes.Presenting the prizes, Brand Manager for SC Johnson, Hafsa-Rimantha Arthur said the promotion was initiated to induce purchases and trial of the new RAID Multi-purpose Insect Killer, which was re-staged in response to consumer feedback.
