Target Countries: Burkina Faso, Ghana, Kenya, Mali, Rwanda, Senegal, Tanzania, and Uganda.
The Transparency and Accountability Program (TAP) is pleased to announce the opening of its latest request for proposals. In the newest phase of its Grants Program, TAP will sponsor up to five organisations to design and implement a series of related research and advocacy projects that focus on improving how money is being spent and how services are being delivered in the health and education sectors at the national, sub-national, and/or local level in their countries.
Application to the Grants Program is open to any non-government organization from target countries in sub-Saharan African (Burkina Faso, Ghana, Kenya, Mali, Rwanda, Senegal, Tanzania, and Uganda).
As part of this Grant Window and upcoming Windows, TAP is seeking to support one or more organisations interested in budgeting and service delivery for (a) reproductive health and family planning and (b) primary education.
Interested parties can download the Request for Proposal documents (in English and French) from the TAP website.
Expressions of Interest will be accepted until 9 December 2010.
