A circuit court at Cape Coast on Tuesday remanded Godfred Paa-Nii, 41, a building contractor, into prison custody for two weeks for sodomizing an 11-year old boy.
The suspect pleaded not guilty and will have to re-appear on February 23.
Chief inspector Augustine Amonoo told the court that on December 18, last year Paa-Nii invited the victim and two other boys into his room.
Paa-Nii locked the door and forcibly had sex with him through his anus amidst his shouts for help whilst the friends also screamed for help.
After satisfying himself, Paa-Nii opened the door and allowed the victim and his friends to leave.
When he got home the victim informed his father about his ordeal and that Paa-Nii subjected him to a similar ordeal two weeks earlier.Source: GNA
