Ghana Premier League club Hasaacas have denied terminating the contract long-serving coach Yusif Basigi.
Basigi was reported to have been shown the exit following a string of poor results, barely hours after supervising the team's training on Thursday.
But spokesperson of the Club Benjamin Quansah has vehemently squashed those reports, insisting the Basigi is still at post.
“It is not true he has been sacked. He is the Coach of the team, He only went on National assignment and he is back,” He told Aseda FM.
“He trained with team yesterday and will be in charge this weekend. So it is not true he has been sacked.”
Hasaacas will welcome Aduana this weekend as they hope to give their survival a shot.
