Interim Kotoko coach, Michael Osei, is unperturbed about criticisms he has received in current weeks following Kotoko’s poor second round form.
Contrary to beliefs that the former Kotoko player will be disheartened by criticism, Osei is confident such circumstances will only help him bring out his best.
“I believe criticism should strengthen me because Kotoko is a big club and as young coach it is a huge privilege for me to coach the team," he told Adom Sports.
"It was my dream to play and coach the team as well."
“I know the pressure at the club. When I started it was very good; we were winning and the results were good and the same people that praised me are the same people criticizing me so I am not worried about that,” Mickey added.
Michael Osei led Kotoko to end a five game winless streak by beating Dreams 1-0 in Kumasi.
