Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has dismissed Chelsea's and Manchester City's title hopes this season and suggests the race for the title is between his side and Arsenal. In the wake of John Terry's claims that United could buckle under the strain of the run-in, Ferguson believes Carlo Ancelotti's men have too much ground to make up on the league leaders. United travel to Stamford Bridge on Tuesday to face the Premier League champions, with the gap between the two sides now somewhat of a gulf at 12 points, after 26 matches. "Arsenal or ourselves will win it. You come towards the end and there are always two teams who break away. That's the way it's looking at the moment," said Ferguson "But it won't be easy [for Chelsea] to come back from that kind of points deficit. "Maybe 82 points will win the league. We think we can gather that total from the games we've got. You don't care where you get them. "I said some time ago, the team that is most consistent would win the league. "That is why I stress that we have to keep our momentum going and get that consistency." In response to Terry's mind games, Ferguson conceded: "You try things. We all try things." Ferguson also stated that while his side are the object of much envy for most other squads, he still has the ongoing task of keeping his personnel happy. "My experience is that players want to play in all the games now, that is the problem," he told reporters. "It is a nightmare picking teams at this stage of the season because you are leaving good players out of some very big games. "This season I am helped a little bit because I have two or three injuries at the moment, so my options are condensed.
