Tullow oil is today expected to begin lifting its second consignment of crude oil from the Jubilee field. The lifting is expected to take almost a day.
Tullow together with the EO group are expected to lift 950 thousand barrels under an arrangement by bulk oil trading firm Vitol.
This is Tullow’s second consignment after the about 649 thousand barrels it lifted in January this year.
GNPC was the last to lift. That cargo earned the country some 110 million dollars.
Tullow’s lifting today will bring to about 4.5 million barrels the amount of crude lifted from the Jubilee Field.
