A top management member of Jubilee Field operator, Tullow Oil is calling for the fast tracking of the project that will process gas from the oil field.
Business Services Manager, Kevin Quinn says this is because the country will definitely benefit a lot more from the exploitation of the natural gas.
He explained that Tullow for now is re-injecting the gas into underground reservoirs when it could have been used to generate cheaper electricity to power industries.
He said the partners were looking up to the government to provide the necessary facilities that will make use of the gas.
