The Daily Dispatch newspaper says by its calculation, President J.A. Kufuor between January 2001 and December 31, 2006, hired and fired 42 Ministers of State.“Records from our Research Department indicate that of the 42, only six have been 'politically' rehabilitated, re-appointed to other Ministerial or diplomatic positions,” according to the paper.The paper on Thursday published a list of what it said was ‘hired and fired’ ministers with their last known positions.1 Mr. J.H.
