A 22 year-old student of the Wa campus of the University for Development Studies has reportedly been stabbed to death.
Simon Akubli is said to have engaged in an altercation with the suspect over a computer game.
The suspect, Kennedy Amoako, is alleged to have stabbed him in the abdomen and ran away.
An eye witness who recounted the incident in an interview with Hamza Lansah in Tamale said the two had early on been separated after a fight.
But later the following day the two clashed again leading to the stabbing of Simon Akubli in the abdomen.
He was rushed to the Tamale Hospital but could not survive. Police is said to be hunting for the suspect who is said to be on the run.
