Experts have said an impending water crisis is heading our way if the reckless destruction of water bodies continue. They have warned, Ghana might import water from neighboring countries by 2020 if stringent measures are not put in place.
In this matter, illegal mining known as 'galamsey' is the worst culprit of destruction. Yet governments have failed to address this menace. If stakeholders fail to act, we could all be doing what these kids are doing in this picture in the next three years.
