The meeting has been scheduled for Monday May 8,2017 at 10 am.
But the former CEO and former NDC parliamentary candidate will not be able to attend the May 8 meeting, her lawyers have indicated.
In a statement to media houses, her lawyer, Victor Adawudu, says Mrs. Attionu is "out of the country on an important family assignment".
The statement does not indicate her return but assured the former government appointee will cooperate fully when she returns.
She warned media houses against the publication of defamatory stories vowing to 'forcefully' defend her reputation if need be.
Madam Tamakloe joins a list of members of the John Mahama-led NDC government to have been invited by the anti-graft since the NPP came to power.
