Two weeks ago, Obour and A.B Crentsil embarked on a five week international tour to Italy and France.
The tour which started on July 18 was meant to promote Ghanaian music to the outside world. It was also supposed to create awareness about the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) and re-denomination of the Cedis among Ghanaians living abroad.
When contacted, Obour said that so far they have performed in two night clubs, namely Malibu Club in Verona and Buffalo Club in Napoli and in France.
The two musicians collaborated and released an album titled Best of The Lifes Vol. 1 last year.
Other supporting artistes on board with Obour and A.B. Crentsil are Lord Kenya, Kokoveli, Akwaaba Dancers and Noble Nketiah who is yet to join them.
The tour which ends on October 7, will also see the Ghanaian artistes performe in Amsterdam, London, Canada and America.
The tour is being sponsored by Onetouch, Kasapreko Alomo Bitters, Ghana Health Insurance Council, Ghana Ports and Harbors Authority, Western Union and Ghana International Airlines.
