The heat will be on at the Trade Fair Centre on August 11, 2007 as three top reggae international artists hit Ghana like never before in the MTN sponsored Joy Skuulz Reunion.
Shaggy is to perform live in Ghana the second time in three years.
Marlon Asher of ‘ganja farmer’ fame and Mr. Vegas have also been billed to perform live during the event.
Shaggy came to Ghana in January 2004 and staged a memorable show but signals we’re picking suggest that his fans in Ghana are still eager to see him perform his international hits live on stage. It’s going to be a Reggae dancehall explosion at this year’s Skuulz Reunion.
The new face of MTN, Samini, is the main Ghanaian attraction for the show and sources say he will put up one of his best performances ever. The MOBO award winner is to prove he’s worthy of his throne as king of the African dancehall.
The Joy Annual Skuulz Reunion is an event that brings old students from major Ghanaian second cycle institutions together at one spot. The 2007 edition will certainly move from finding old school mates, singing known school songs and making new friends to witnessing some of the world’s great artists perform live on one stage.
