Athlete Ignatius Gaisah has called on the newly elected executives of the Ghana Olympic committee to unite for a wealthy course.
Newly elected President Francis Doudu and his team have a tough job of reconciling aggrieved members of the association after a surly congress that elected them into power.
The Ghana long jumper in an interview with JOY Sports, advised the new Ghana Olympic Committee executive team to fix the disagreements concerning their elections at last Saturday’s congress.
“They have to put their differences aside and make sure they organize a well structured team for the London Olympics”
The athlete explained how bad things were when they went to the just ended 10th All Africa Games in Maputo, Mozambique.
“We went through hell at the just ended All Africa Games and we don’t want to experience that again so we are pleading on them to fix their disagreements to organize a good team to represent Ghana at the London 2012.”Gaisah told JOY Sports.
