Day one of the Multi TV Installer Training and Accreditation programme has ended with 82 people from three regions - Greater, Eastern and Volta - participating.
Organised by Multi TV and powered by SES Satellite Network, the programme which was held at the Holy Spirit Cathedral in Accra, seeks to equip participants with effective education on best practices in satellite dish installation and quality service delivery for clients.
Dubbed ELEVATE, the training aimed at improving the knowledge base and skills of installers as well as afford them the opportunity to learn cutting edge techniques to improve their overall quality of installations while generating more income.
It also seeks to foster an enhanced relationship between installers and their clients.
All candidates successfully completed the training session and received useful tools and certification which was now a requirement for being an accredited SES/Multi TV Installer.
The training would last for three days after which the organizers will move to other parts of the country for similar sessions to the benefit of installers in such localities.
