Mr. Prince Joseph Ayiku, Deputy Managing Director of Lakeside Estate Limited, has re-affirmed the resolve of the company to provide affordable modern and decent houses with tarred roads.
The real estate company last week honoured a promise it made during the launch of its Community 8 project when it tarred the 4.8 kilometers of its main roads into the Estate.
The launch of the Lakeside Community 8 project coincided with the 10th anniversary celebration of the company.
According to Mr. Ayiku, the project will provide decent accommodation fitted with modern facilities such as gated communities and electricity, tarred roads, schools, a shopping mall, a fuel station and the provision all-time security services.
"You would all agree with me that everything new, be it a person, organization, service or product needs introduction. It is essential that the world is made aware of its existence," he told the press, adding that "It is on this premise that we are launching the Lakeside Community 8 developments."
Dignitaries who attended the launch of the project included Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Adenta, Hon. Nubyl Kakra Vanlare; Mr. Salem Kalmoni, the MD of Japan Motors Trading Company Ltd; Mr. Nouhad Kalmoni, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Silver Star Auto Ltd; Managing Director of Lakeside Estate, Col. (rtd) Timothy Barnes; Mr. Lawrence De-Souza, the Marketing Manager and Mr. Mustapha Mohammed, Public Relations Officer of Lakeside Estate Ltd.
Mr. Ayiku stressed the resolve of the company to take the lead in providing Ghanaians with modern and breathtaking accommodation they yearn for. See photos in our galleries
