Japan Motors Trading Company Limited (JTMC), authorized dealers of Nissan Vehicles and its spare parts in the country has been decorated with two honours as the best Nissan National Sales Company (NSC) in both After Sales and Sales Services in the Sub-Saharan Market for the Fiscal year 2010.
The company was awarded the honour on the basis of its international-standard quality of organization, efficient performance on the job in the area of Sales and After-Sales Service.
The Managing Director of the JTMC, Mr. Salem Kalmoni accompanied by the General Manager (Sales and Marketing), Mr. Imad Antoine Ghorayeb received the award on behalf of the company at the end of a three-day business session at the annual Nissan African Regional Office Sales Management(NARO) Workshop recently held in the Mauritius in February 2012.
The Japan Motors award was presented by Mr. Gilles Normand, Vice President of NARO at an awards banquet to recognize top performing Nissan National Sales Company in the fiscal year 2010.
Mr. Normand made it clear at the event that Africa was regarded as a market of key importance in Nissan’s growth hence the need to invest adequately towards expanding its frontiers to ensure success in the industry.
He commended Japan Motors for the recognition which he attributed to their commitment in ensuring international standard sales and after-sales services coupled with the professional integrity of the company’s management.
Mr. Salem Kalmoni who later spoke to the press expressed profound gratitude to NARO for the honour and pledged full commitment on behalf of the Management of the company to uphold the delivery of quality service which is at Par with Nissan international Standards.
The Conference which was held under the banner, ‘Plan for Growth in 2012 to 2016’ was organized over 3 actively-filled days and included a business session, sales management workshop, Newly introduced Almera Saloon Vehicle Product Training and business meetings.
