Miss Abiba Issahaku, a kitchen staff at Gidi Pass Bar and Eatery has won one of three VW Polo Cars on offer in the Alvaro Be A Winner Naturally Consumer Promotion in Tamale.
Abiba, a thirty seven year old mother of two boys and one girl, bought a bottle of Alvaro and found a free drink in the crown. She presented it at the bar for her free bottle of Alvaro to be redeemed. Unbelievably, in the crown of her free drink was the car. Proud and moved with uncontrollable excitement, Abiba is yet to come to terms with the fact that she has indeed won the car.
In a ceremony at the Giddi Pass Bar Friday, officials of Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited handed over the keys and documents covering the car to Abiba.
