UBA Ghana lived up to its billing as one of the top players within the Ghanaian banking landscape at the recently held Banking Awards.
The bank scoped a total of seven awards which was the second highest number of awards won on the night to further demonstrate its enviable credentials among its peers.
UBA won awards in the following categories:
• Winner - Best Bank in Short Term Loan Finance
• 1st Runner – Up Best Bank in Corporate Banking
• 1st Runner – Up Best Bank in Trade Finance
• 1st Runner – Up Best Bank in I. T./ Electronic Banking
• 1st Runner – Up Best Growing Bank
• 2nd Runner – Up Best Bank Medium Term Financing
• 2nd Runner – Up Best Bank in Long Term Financing
According to the CEO, Mr. Oliver Alawuba, these large haul of awards which is the banks largest collection till date is another clear indication of how far the bank has come in terms of providing its cherished customers with the right mix of products and services so as to satisfy their banking needs.
Mr. Alawuba entreated every member of the UBA family to be proud of the awards and the many successes the bank has chalked in the recent past.
He dedicated the awards to the bank’s customers for their belief and unflinching support to UBA Ghana and to Staff for their invaluable contributions.
