Many Ghanaian footballers have extended their condolences to the family of the late Ghana Football Association vice president Jordan Anagblah who died on Thursday at 55.
Jordan Anagblah had been struggling with his health since the last Africa Cup of Nations tournament in Gabon and Equatorial Guinea.
He was flown to South Africa for treatment recently and declared healed but he passed away Thursday dawn.
Jordan Anagblah spent many years taking charge of several youth football development programmes in his capacity as Greater Accra Regional football association boss.
But he will be most remembered for inspiring Ghana’s historic Africa Cup and World Cup triumphs at the Under-20 level in 2009 as Chairman of the Black Satellites Management Committee.
Rahim Ayew and Stephen Appiah are among many players who worked closely with Jordan Anagblah and they say the Nation has lost one its finest football administrators.
“May his soul rest in perfect peace”.
Jordan Anagblah, following his success at the youth level recently joined the Black Stars management committee after becoming vice president of the GFA.
He became even more famous for condemning Coach Goran Stevanovic’s management style and blamed him for the Black Stars failure to win the Cup of Nations jointly hosted by Equatorial Guinea and Gabon.
