Ghana Striker Asamoah Gyan has revealed he would prefer a permanent deal which will keep him at the Emirates with Al Ain following a season long loan spell last term.
The 27 year old is not worried about the level of competition in the United Arab Emirates with many expecting him to move back to Sunderland for the new season.
But Gyan expects an announcement on his future to be made before pre-season starts in July as he admits his interest in the Al-Ain offer.
“I did a great job there and definitely they (Al Ain) will like me to stay”.
“Personally I’m also happy there and ready for negotiations there to continue my career”
“Hopefully I might stay at Al Ain”.
