The meeting would be held behind a close door. This summon was contained in a notion moved on the floor of the House by Yakubu Barde (PDP Kaduna) and supported by Minority Leader Femi Gbajabiamila (ACN Lagos). Barde said he was happy with the passage of the motion, saying for the first time the House will join hands with government to tackle the Boko Haram menace. The president is also told to bring, the National security Adviser General Azazi; Chief of Defence Staff, Air Chief Marshal Petinrin; Director of State Security Service, (SSS) Mr Ekpeyong; and the Acting Inspector General of Police, Alhaji Abubakar when appearing before the house.
