Nigeria’s women’s featherweight champion, Helen Joseph, is confident she will dispossess Dominican Republic ’s Dahianna Santana of her IBF featherweight title when both ladies clash on August 25 in Accra , Ghana .Joseph (13-11-1), who is the current GBU champion, admits she knows nothing of her opponent, but that will not stop her from stopping the champion.“Boxing is a game of technique; I’m not going to look for a knockout but I’ll take the chance if I see it. One thing I’m sure of is that she won’t be going back with the title,” Joseph said at a press conference on Thursday.Joseph’s fight is the main event of a show organised by Golden Mike Promotions. Four other fights involving male boxers are in the undercard.Ghana’s Frederick Lawson will be defending his WBO international welterweight title again Argentina ’s Miguel Barrionuevo, while another Ghanaian Joshua Okine will battle Georgia ’s Boris Mdinaradze in a super welterweight contest.
